What I do
I have the best job in the world. Seriously.
I get to help clients in my role as a therapist.
I get to help other therapists in my role as a consultant.
In all things, I get to apply my feminist, anti-racist, queer, trans*, inclusive, and decolonial training and experience to make the therapy world safer, more inclusive and more responsive to the needs of BIPOC, queer, and clients with disabilities.
You can come on this journey with me! Here’s how:
Group Practice Consultations
As a group practice owner, you wear many hats. DEI consultant doesn’t have to be one of them.
I’m here when you’re ready to dig into your practice with an honest, non-judgmental, appraisal of your business (not of you). We’ll work together to identify what your business and clinicians need to help them progress.
Individual Consultations
Together, we can process through the struggles you face as you work to decolonize your practice.
We’ll find answers that are right for you, better for your clients and push our profession forward.
Decolonizing Therapy Training Program
6-week program for white therapists who are ready to do less harm in marginalized communities.
The cornerstone of my work is with white therapists who want to delve deeper into understanding and replacing long-ingrained white supremacy patterns that can unknowingly filter into our work. My Anti-Oppression Therapist Program helps therapists unlearn the harmful practices we unconsciously develop through our training, traumas, and living daily within a toxic culture.
In this program, you’ll join a small cohort of 6-8 other clinicians for bi-weekly Zoom coaching, Voxer contact with me, and regular activities that help you put what you’re learning into action.
This community is about supporting each other through changes that are often scary and overwhelming.
